Why I'm Not For Everyone

The truth is, you probably don't need me.

Most agencies take your money regardless of fit. Before you book a call, here's the honest list of reasons not to work with me. If any of these are you, save us both the time. If none of them are, we should talk.

It's just me.
I don't run five campaigns at once. If you need scale, an account team, or QBR theater, I'm not your fit. I take a small number of clients seriously, not a large number lightly.
I won't run something I can't bet on.
If your ACV is too low, your ICP is fuzzy, or your sales process can't handle meetings — I'll tell you on the discovery call. I'd rather lose a deal than take your money and underperform.
Calls come first. Always.
Cold calls are the engine — that's where the real conversations happen and where I spend most of my time. Email and LinkedIn extend the work: same prospects, more touches, faster cycles. What I won't do is run email-first cadences or LinkedIn-only campaigns. If you want the phone to be the secondary channel, I'm not your fit.
If you think I'll close your deals for you, don't hire me.
I get you in front of the right people and create real conversations. Closing the deal is your sales process. I'm not a magic bullet — I'm an outbound operator. If your AEs can't close meetings I book, more meetings won't help.
If your offer isn't clear yet, you're not ready for me.
If your pricing is fuzzy, your positioning is muddled, or your team doesn't agree on what you sell — outbound will only expose those cracks faster. Fix that first, then call me.
If you're shopping for the cheapest option, look elsewhere.
Outbound that works requires real skill and real time. Plenty of agencies will take your money and deliver mediocre results. I'm not interested in being the cheap option. I'm interested in being the right one.
This is my first year as a fractional.
I've spent 4 years as a high-performing W2 SDR — same skill stack, same methodology. But this is my first year running this independently. That means I'm hungrier and more focused than someone running their fifteenth campaign. It also means I'm being selective about who I work with. If you need someone with a 10-year fractional track record, I'm not it.

Still here? Good.

That probably means you've done the hard work, you understand what proper outbound looks like, and you're ready for someone who takes this as seriously as you do.
