Why I'm doing this independently

Most founders don't need a 12-person agency. They need one operator who knows what they're doing, will pick up the phone, and will tell them honestly what their market is saying.

That's the gap I'm filling. I work with a small number of clients at a time. I bet on each one. I'd rather lose a deal than take a client I can't help.
