What counts as a Completed Conversation?
A Completed Conversation is a live, two-way verbal phone exchange of at least 60 seconds with a decision-maker or influencer on your agreed ICP list, ending in one of seven defined dispositions:
Meeting ScheduledProspect agreed to a discovery call and is on the calendar.
Activated LeadProspect expressed interest, requested information, or asked to be re-engaged at a specific future date.
Not Interested (Connected)Prospect was the right person, was reached, heard the value proposition, and declined.
Referred OutwardProspect was the wrong contact and provided a referral to the correct decision-maker within the same account.
NurtureProspect is a fit but timing is wrong. Re-engage at a defined future date.
Not Me / Wrong PersonProspect confirmed they are not the right contact.
Not NowProspect explicitly stated they are not evaluating solutions in the current quarter.

Every conversation is logged in your shared dashboard within 24 hours. You have a 7-day window to dispute any disposition.
Payment terms
Trial: $3,500 upfront, paid before kickoff. Data & tooling billed separately at cost (~$300–500).
Starter & Growth: 100% upfront monthly invoicing.
Scale: 50% upfront, 50% at month-end available for enterprise procurement.
All tiers: Month-to-month after a 90-day initial commitment.
Email cadence available as an add-on for some engagements. We'll discuss on the discovery call.
What I won't do
Won't charge by the hour — or by the dial, or by emails sent. I charge for outcomes.
Won't tie my fee to closed revenue — that's your sales process. I don't control it.
Won't lock you into long contracts — after the initial 90 days, you can leave anytime with 30 days' notice.
Won't lead with channels I'm not great at — Calls come first. Email and LinkedIn extend the work, but the phone is where the real conversations happen. If you want email-first or LinkedIn-led, hire someone who specializes in that.
FAQ
What if I want to scale up mid-engagement?
You can move from Starter → Growth → Scale at any time on a monthly basis. Just let me know 5 days before the next billing cycle.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. NDA is part of the standard onboarding kit.
Can I see a sample of your scripts?
Scripts are built custom for each client based on their ICP and offer. I can share examples on a discovery call.
How fast can we start?
Usually 7–10 days from signed agreement to first call. The first week is dedicated to building your custom call list, writing scripts, and aligning on ICP. Calls start in week 2.
What happens if you decide we're not a fit during discovery?
I'll tell you on the call and explain why. I'd rather lose the deal than take your money and underperform. If your ACV is too low, your ICP isn't clear, or your sales process can't handle meetings, I'll be honest about it — and where possible, point you to someone better suited.
